Worth An Experience........

On 14th December 2009 I visited my favourite serial “ Dill Mill Gayye” set which you may feel is so childish. Life can be so strange things happened when you are not even expecting it. I used to watch “Sanjivani” the serial whose sequel is “Dill Mill Gayye” when I didn’t have cable connection at my place but to go to my neighbour’s place every Wednesday to see it was a religious ritual. Everyone hated the serial around me and always stopped me from watching it but I was adamant. My friend suezelle played an important part in making this dream of mine come true……..it was least expected that a girl from Goa came to Mumbai and managed to find a Production House to do her internship but that’s suez focused and dedicated. When I entered the campus of Cinevistas (production house) I sensed an adrenaline rush with anxiety and curiosity trying to compete with each other. All my preconceived notions about the set and stars were crushed to death. I always thought my favourite star has a glamoro...

Sanai Chaughade Movie Review.....

Marriage is an institution where two souls come together to walk the journey of life. “Sanai Chaughade” a Rajeev Patil film speaks about marriage in its true terms. The film revolves around Sai the lead protagonist who is a confident, broad minded, honest and independent girl. She is having a past which serves as a deciding factor for her future. She is in constant conflict of social acceptance and morality. The film deals with a sensitive issue of single unmarried mother .She is portrayed as a woman whose fate didn’t permit her to have a easy way out in life but to fight for every right of her happiness. Once again this film builds the image of woman being the sensible idiot and completely responsible for her actions. The progression of the film gradually takes us to a higher level of thinking where the film talks with some conviction. The audiences watching the film actually views the film from Sai’s point of view, the society’s point of view and wait for the climax for a blendin...

She took deep breaths and picked up the receiver and said “hello!” the other side of the voice answered, “Hey hi, how are you?” She sighed and said,” oh Vicky, I am fine, what about you? It’s been a long time.” He replied, “Yes, when was the last time we spoke to each other I still don’t remember”. (She laughs in agreement) How is everyone at home?” “Everyone’s fine except me and my college projects”. “Why?” “Nothing, just catching the deadline of one while other projects are catching me for the beginning”. “You sound exhausted buddy, what are uncle and aunty doing?” “They are not at home right now; they are at Sameer uncle’s place”, “Who is Sameer uncle? I have never heard this name before”. He enquired. “Sameer uncle is dad’s colleague in his office. He has become a family friend now and today he had invit...
